The library's mission is to be a source of print and non-print material for personal enrichment, education, and entertainment.  We strive to provide the best possible collection of books, periodicals, and audio-visual materials for our community.  We order new iems every week and we always consider requests by our patrons.  If there is a specific title you would like us to consider, please let us know.

The library has over 87,000 books in its collection, including Spanish-language material, Large-Print books, and a special section for Young Adults.

The library subscribes to hundreds of periodicals in both print and online form. We carry local and regional newspapers as well as The Denver Post, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Investor's Business Daily, and Barron's.  Dozens of popular magazines are available for children, teens, and adults.  Many other publications can be accessed full-text through one of our online databases; please ask at the Reference desk for assistance.

Audio-visual materials are among the most popular in the collection.  We purchase an assortment of audio books on both cassette and cd.  These include a variety of bestsellers and educational material for both children and adults.  Music cds are also available.  Likewise, we offer a variety of fiction and nonfiction videos that are both educational and entertaining.
