DIY Zines

Artist Christine Tharpe will facilitate a workshop on the basics of zine-making. Zines are self-published, small-scale works, powered by the do-it-yourself ethic, like magazines but remixed. Participants will craft a zine based on the theme “Tell Your Story,” and we’ll make copies and share the work (authors willing) at the library’s end-of-summer Unity Fair.
