Legal Services Series

Lindsey Watson and Andrea E. Rosenberry are both staff attorneys with Colorado Legal Services. They represent low-income and marginalized/at-risk individuals, and will give a presentation over tenant’s rights. This highly relevant workshop will cover such topics as:
- the eviction process
- housing conditions
- security deposits
- the Fair Housing Act and
- the law pertaining to mobile home parks
