Erin Easton, the Founder of New Leaf Coaching and a Mindfulness Based Health and Life Coach, will present a two hour class introducing what mindfulness is and ways to practice it. We will learn about the habitual reactions created within the mind and how mindful awareness can help us break negative habits bringing more peace, purpose, and intention into our lives.
