Opioid Seminar

This seminar will focus on the effects of the opioid epidemic on this community, individuals, and resources people could use for help. Professionals from various organizations will present at each event. Email Taylor at tevans@montroselibrary.org to register for this event.
Tuesday, March 29 at 7pm:
- Amber Gottschalk MA LAC, a Licensed Addiction Counselor with the Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center in Denver, will teach us about:
- The current status of the opioid crisis, with emphasis on the dangers of fentanyl
- The mental health and comorbid issues associated with opioid abuse
- The resources a licensed addiction counselor provides to help people suffering from an opioid addiction
