Opioid Seminar

The second Opioid Seminar event will be presented by Melissa Hall, BA MS CAS, a probation officer with the 7th Judicial Probation, and Sgt. Brian Rumbaugh with the 7th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
Melissa will teach us about the Montrose Adult Treatment Court, which is a court monitored treatment program for Montrose County defendants who have pending/deferred or adjudicated criminal charges and an active Substance Use Disorder. She supervises offenders post sentence.
Sgt. Brian will present over the Seventh Judicial District Drug Task Force in Montrose. He will discuss the emergence of illegal opiates, specifically fentanyl, and how the task force is countering that issue.
