Peach Valley Hike at Eagle Valley Trailhead

On Saturday, June 27 at 8 a.m. join the library and geologist Vince Beresford on an easy educational hike in the Peach Valley BLM area. The hike will include commentary on the different geologic eras present in rock formations and fossils/imprints visible in the rocks. This hike will be about 2.5 miles long and should be manageable for all ages at a leisurely pace. Anticipate the hike taking 2-3 hours out and back. Registration is required and a waiver of liability must be signed for each participant. Registration will open June 1 and interested persons may email Taylor at tevans@montroselibrary.org.
