Join Tara & Trina O’Brien, local authors of “Crush Mom Guilt”, for a step-by-step workshop that takes you from:

Learn how to keep nutrition simple without counting points or calories.

Become fit and embody real results without hours in the gym.
Power Component #4: Extending You:
Evaluate where you are today within your relationships. Then, develop a plan focused on strengthening and growing within these relationships.
