DESCRIPTION:Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is the volunteer organization for teens in the library. We hold monthly meetings and teens provide insight\, advice\, and help with volunteer opportunities in the library. This is a good way to have a voice in your library\, and the hours count toward volunteer requirements for high school. Monthly meetings are held from 4-5 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room. SUMMARY:Pre-Teen Art & Science Club
DESCRIPTION:Join us for art and science projects designed for older kids between 8 and 12 years. \nParticipants must be able to listen to instruction and have already mastered simple skills\, such as using scissors\, tools\, markers\, chalks\, crayons\, different types of glues\, paints\, and measuring.  Projects will include detailed instructions and require patience and fine motor skills to complete. \nNo registration required; this is not a drop-in program.  Arriving on time allows participants to hear all the instructions and complete projects within the hour. \nUpcoming Projects: \n\nSeptember 24: To the Moon–Egg Drop!
