Web form or email are preferred as both passport acceptance agents work in multiple departments at the library.
Please check your junk folder for appointment confirmation emails.
We do not accept walk-in appointments.
Please be on time to your appointment. After 15 minutes, you will forfeit your time slot and must reschedule.
Passport Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Spanish appointments available by request
- Friday – Saturday limited appointments

- Only English appointments available
Processing Times:
- Routine: 4-6 weeks
- Expedite: 2-3 weeks
These processing times do not include shipping. Expedited applications have a $60 additional fee per application.
Passport photo services are also available
