Montrose Library receives a limited number of state and federal tax forms during tax season.

Tax forms currently available:
-Colorado Individual Income Tax Filing Guides (Book 104)
-Federal 1040/1040-SR Forms
-Federal 1040/1040-SR Instructions

Feel free to stop by the library and follow the signs to the left of the Ask Here desk to find the tax form area.

Once we are out of forms, we are unable to order more. However, the Reference Department can assist you in printing tax forms at .10 cents per page.

The AARP provides free income tax assistance for low-to moderate-income taxpayers. Visit https://www.aarp.org/money/taxes/aarp_taxaide/ or call 970-252-4889 between 9am and 1pm Monday through Friday, to schedule an appointment.
